The SfJ Awards and NaCTSO Level 3 Award in Counter-Terrorism Protective Security and Preparedness (CTPSaP) is designed for those with strategic, operational or supervisory responsibilities for security, resilience and preparedness. It equips delegates with the knowledge and skills to assess risks, implement proportionate protective security measures, develop preparedness plans and contribute effectively to incident response and recovery activities.

The SfJ Awards Level 2 Award in Counter-Terrorism Protective Security Awareness provides an essential foundation in counter-terrorism awareness, protective security principles and organisational preparedness. It is ideally suited to individuals who have responsibility for safety, security or operational management and wish to develop a greater understanding of the threats facing public-facing venues, businesses and communities.

The Business Incident Management Programme is delivered through a series of interchangeable modules tailored to Operational (Bronze), Tactical (Silver) and Strategic (Gold) management levels. The Operational Course is aimed at those whose core business is not emergency management, but who may inevitably face such situations. The course is designed for those from non-emergency services background, but who work in industry at an operational, hands on level.

The Tactical Course is aimed at those whose core business is not emergency management, but who may inevitably face such situations.
